Technology Commercialisation

In the field of technology commercialisation we work with clients to:

  • Manage the development of hardware and software products, including outsourcing the design process to third parties.
  • Improve product development and introduction processes.
  • Ensure that effective risk and project risk management techniques are applied.
  • Improve links to manufacturing and ensure manufacturability at low cost.
  • Provide clients with advice on and support of IP protection, IT (server and client), VOIP and accountancy.
